Job Description

Responsibilities UI/UX Design : Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Conduct user research (i.e. , user interviews, usability testing) to inform the design process. Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD). Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms. Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Graphic Design Create visually appealing and engaging graphic elements for web interfaces, marketing materials, and social media. Develop a strong understanding of our brand identity and translate it into compelling visuals. Utilize design principles like composition, color theory, and typography to create effective layouts. Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, visual design capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
