Location:- Navi Mumbai Role UI/UX Developer Interview:- Face to Face Interested candidate can email their CV to :- pooja@sakashgroup.in CTC:- up to 4 LPA Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to enhance our digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring user-centric designs to life. Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions and communicate ideas effectively. UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines. UX Design: Develop user flows, user journeys, and interaction designs to create seamless and enjoyable user experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project requirements. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user input. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe XD. Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, InVision, Marvel). Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms. User-Centered Design: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment. Coding Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
