Job Description

An experienced UX and UI designer who has worked on desktop as well as mobile platforms for at least 3-4 years (as an individual contributor). They must have sound technical knowledge of prototyping and creating high fidelity mocks up and assets like Icons, banners etc. in Figma.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills as they’ll need to present their work and collaborate with designers, product managers and developers. They should have an online portfolio (personal site, dribble, behance or similar) to showcase their recent work and they must have an updated resume shared across separately in PDF format.

Top 3 skills:

• Interaction design - understands and enacts design thinking process
• Visual design - should be adept at Figma and experienced in creating high fidelity visual mock ups for digital interfaces
• Animation / video editing skills on software's like After Effects or similar.

Typical day in the role:

They will be working closely with their design manager on refining experiences for Bing shopping and start.com. They will also get a chance to collaborate with product managers, other FTE designers on the team when working on a project.

They will be doing walkthroughs of their design work and assisting dev team with assets like icons or banners for any project.

They may also be pulled into adhoc asks or requirements to create videos for team presentations.

Years of experience - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX

Note: Must have a resume doc and portfolio link to some UI/UX projects (that they have worked on in individual contributor capacity). Should be adept in designing for desktop as well as mobile platforms.
