What You'll Be Doing: Own the Design Process: Take the lead on projects from discovery and research to wireframes, prototyping, and hand-off. Build User-Focused Solutions: Design sleek, functional, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance digital interactions. Visual Storytelling: Create everything from wireframes to polished UIsplus branding elements like logos, banners, and icons. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development transition. Mentor Future Talent: Lead by example, support junior designers, and foster a team environment built on trust and feedback. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on design trends, best practices, and tools to keep our solutions fresh and competitive.
