Job Description
As a UI & UX Designer Intern with 0-1 years of experience, you will have the following responsibilities: - Understanding product specifications and user psychology to create designs that meet user needs effectively. - Demonstrating a strong ability to identify and anticipate various use cases and user interactions, ensuring a comprehensive approach in design. - Collaborating with the UX team to develop personas through user research and data analysis. - Defining appropriate interaction models and assessing their success in meeting user requirements. - Creating wireframes and prototypes based on user needs to enhance the overall user experience. - Finding innovative solutions to UX challenges such as usability and findability. - Staying updated on competitor products and industry trends to incorporate best practices in design. - Reviewing and offering feedback to the engineering team to refine design elements. - Planning and executing user research and usability testing with real users to optimize the end-product design for efficiency and engagement. - Identifying and resolving UX issues, including responsiveness, to enhance user satisfaction.
