Job Description Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Support in designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing. Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather feedback. Maintain and organize design systems and components in Figma. Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs. Stay up-to-date with current UI/UX trends and best practices. Requirements Requirements: Strong knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, etc.). Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and user-centered design. Ability to create clear, organized wireframes and user flows. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to take initiative and work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have): Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects are acceptable). Exposure to tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Understanding of Agile and design sprints.
