Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing user interfaces and crafting user experiences for web and mobile applicationswithout the need for front-end development skills. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life through wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Key Responsibilities: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user requirements and feedback. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to improve the design and usability of products. Develop visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience. Collaborate with product teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive designs. Present design ideas and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and team members. Stay current on UI/UX trends and best practices to ensure modern, user-centered designs. Requirements: Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to think critically about user needs and translate them into functional design solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing user feedback. Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
