You will be responsible for delivering beautiful product interfaces tailored for different types of users. Your main focus will be on designing interfaces that streamline the customer onboarding process, ultimately reducing friction. Your goal will be to deliver user experiences that are customer and end-user centered, aiming to strengthen the brand identity of zoop one and enhance customer affinity. Additionally, you will be involved in conceptualizing feature roadmaps, prioritizing strategies based on market research, testing, and brand objectives. As part of your role, you will oversee and develop wireframes and high-fidelity designs. Collaboration with engineering teams is crucial to ensure the successful implementation of designs and to provide a high-quality user experience. You will be responsible for maintaining world-class design quality across various design disciplines including visual, content, motion, interaction design, prototyping, and user experience research. **Qualifications:** **Must Have:** - Minimum of 3 years experience working on digital products, preferably within the fintech industry - Strong knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design principles, best practices, and the latest creative concepts - Exceptional design eye, keen attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive design decisions - Outstanding portfolio demonstrating attention to pixel-perfect details - Proficiency in Sketch/Adobe XD, Photoshop, HTML, and CSS - Experience in validating designs through Usability Testing and experimentation - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Preferably a degree/certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience **Good To Have:** - Experience in designing animations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects - Knowledge of CSS architecture, SASS, and JavaScript - Ability to convert designs into HTML/CSS code or React Components This job offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge design projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
