Job Description

You are a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging website designs that contribute to business success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design intuitive interfaces and ensure high-quality web experiences that are responsive and accessible. Your key responsibilities include understanding brand requirements to deliver web designs aligning with brand identity, leading design strategy for website applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with developers for functional interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and ensuring designs adhere to standards, including Google-friendly websites. Additionally, you will stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio of web and responsive projects. Proficiency in Figma is mandatory, and knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, and other tools is advantageous. You must have designed websites and user interfaces focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal, along with a basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial, as well as a strong grasp of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration and communication with teams and clients are essential.
