Education: Anything in relevant field Location: Nagpur Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Game UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for in-game menus, HUDs (Heads-Up Displays), inventory systems, settings, and other interactive elements to enhance player experience. Web & Mobile UI/UX Design: Create sleek, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on smooth navigation, clear visual hierarchy, and optimized user flow. Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionality for games and web/mobile applications. Player & User Experience Focus: Ensure game UI/UX designs support engaging and immersive gameplay experiences. For web and mobile apps, focus on usability and user-centered design principles, ensuring seamless interaction. Collaborative Development: Work with game designers, developers, and product teams to iterate and refine UI/UX designs for both gaming and web/mobile applications, aligning with each projects goals, mechanics, and technical requirements. User Testing & Research: Conduct usability testing and user research for both game interfaces and web/mobile applications, gathering insights and refining designs based on user feedback. Design Optimization: Collaborate with developers to optimize UI designs for performance across multiple platforms (games: PC, mobile, console, VR/AR, and web/mobile: responsive design across devices). Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of design processes, UI/UX guidelines, and assets for both games and web/mobile applications to ensure clarity and long-term maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other relevant design software, with experience in both game and web/mobile design projects. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar, for creating both game and web/mobile application designs. Familiarity with game design principles, particularly in UI/UX for gaming environments, and an understanding of web and mobile design practices (responsive design, mobile-first, cross-platform compatibility). Knowledge of gaming platforms (PC, mobile, console, VR/AR) and web/mobile platforms (responsive design, mobile apps, desktop websites), with the ability to adapt designs for each. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, particularly for understanding how UI/UX designs translate into functional applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, game designers, artists, and product managers. Problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing complex design challenges creatively while balancing aesthetic and functional needs.,
