Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at The IT Web Care, a fast-growing technology company based in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for a global client base. Your role will involve collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency while adhering to user-centered design principles and UX strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements. - Transform client and internal briefs into intuitive, functional, and engaging UI designs. - Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. - Maintain design systems and adhere to brand/style guides. - Optimize designs for responsiveness across various devices. - Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability results. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile, or app design projects. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration purposes. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and time-management skills. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): - Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms. - Knowledge of design systems, atomic design, and accessibility principles. - Familiarity with tools such as Zeplin, InVision, or Jira.
