We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to become a valuable part of our team. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting user-centric interfaces that enrich the overall user experience. In close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will be instrumental in producing visually captivating and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate possesses: - A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop. - Demonstrated expertise in developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - A solid grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous. - A robust portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX solutions for both web and mobile applications. - Carry out user research and usability testing to gain insights into user requirements and pain points. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of designs. This is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance coverage and a morning shift schedule.
