Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Lovely Professional University, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts. Your role will involve designing intuitive user interfaces for websites and applications, focusing on usability and enhancing user experience. With a deep understanding of design principles, you will ensure aesthetically pleasing and effective creations across various design projects. By grasping UX principles, you will develop user-friendly designs that significantly elevate the user experience. Your expertise in animation will inject dynamism and interactivity into designs, effectively captivating audiences. You will craft seamless experiences that enhance engagement and retention, setting products apart in competitive markets. Bringing valuable expertise from previous experience in a business-to-business organization, you will hold a degree in design along with foundational knowledge and skills acquired through formal education. Working hours for this role are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining brand identity elements, conducting user research and testing to optimize user experiences, creating engaging motion graphics and animations, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design with business goals. To be eligible for this position, you should have a background in Design and possess skills in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, UX design, and UI design. Proficiency in English language is required, and candidates from any nationality with a minimum Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.,
