Job Description
As an experienced UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Working in our Pune team, you will collaborate closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that our designs meet user needs effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to implement user-centered design principles successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software is required. A basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be beneficial for this role.
