The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual design, user experience principles, and branding. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive user interfaces and eye-catching visuals across web, mobile, and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Translate wireframes and prototypes into final visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine designs. Maintain and evolve the companys visual brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color palettes, and layout standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills: 12 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Suite), etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and graphic projects. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
