Role Description As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to improve UI/UX. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Develop user journeys and flows to optimize usability and engagement. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva is a plus Should have designed 2-3 mobile apps and websites Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
