Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of user interfaces using React JS. Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions, ensuring high-quality code and performance. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to build intuitive, responsive web applications. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Drive technical decisions related to front-end technologies and tools. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across multiple platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the front-end stack. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6-12 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with back-end services. Strong experience with front-end testing frameworks and practices (Jest, Enzyme, etc.). Deep understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design. Leadership experience in managing front-end teams and driving technical direction. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.,
