Job Description

As a creative UI developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. You will utilize ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to transform user and business requirements into functional frontend designs. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Project Managers and Development Team members to create detailed specification documents, establish project deliverables and timelines, and ensure on-time completion of deliverables. You will participate in client meetings, work on graphic designs for websites, convert raw images into CSS/XHTML themes, and provide recommendations on appropriate technical solutions. Furthermore, you will communicate progress and delays efficiently to the Project Manager, think innovatively to deliver high value services to clients, and stay updated on emerging technologies for potential integration. Additionally, you will actively engage in the development community of your chosen CMS, and develop innovative web-based tools for activism and community building. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of software development experience in Web Development, a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks, and a solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery. You should be a self-starter with strong self-management skills, capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks, possess basic knowledge of programming languages, and be a dedicated team player.,
