About the Role: Have you ever designed a UI for a product If yes, then you have already passed the first level of our hiring process. We are seeking a talented UI designer with some frontend experience to lead the way in building world-class products. Key Responsibilities: - Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to implement design solutions that enhance user experience. - Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. - User-Centered Approach: Integrate user feedback and usability testing results into design iterations. - Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system and style guide. - Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure design consistency across various platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile) and devices. - Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date on current design trends, techniques, and technologies to consistently enhance the quality of UI design. - Documentation: Prepare design specifications and documentation for development teams. Requirements: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD. - Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
