The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in creating user-centered designs, focusing on improving the user experience and optimizing the interface for both web and mobile platforms. As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of intuitive, effective, and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop UI mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the products direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on designs and deliver better user experiences. Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product designs and user interfaces. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine UI/UX designs based on user behavior. Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be implemented effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web standards. Good communication skills, with the ability to present designs and interact with team members effectively. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.,
