Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Tutor Recruitment: Conduct initial screening of tutor applications. Evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organizations requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Tutor Onboarding: Facilitate platform induction for new tutors. Provide necessary training and resources for a smooth onboarding process. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Tutor Coordination: Manage tutor availability and session scheduling. Act as a liaison between tutors and session coordinators to address operational requirements. Tutor Feedback & Review: Regularly collect feedback from students and parents regarding tutors. Provide constructive feedback to tutors for continuous improvement. Conduct periodic performance reviews.
