About the Role Were looking for a Trip Planning Specialist who can blend destination knowledge with empathy, organization, and post-trip care. This isnt your typical sales role - we dont believe in pressure tactics. We believe in helping people travel better, and letting trust drive conversions. Youll own the end-to-end journey of the traveler: from planning to support during the trip, while also keeping an eye on commercial outcomes and supplier relationships. Responsibilities Conduct consultative 1:1 trip planning sessions with travelers Create personalized itineraries based on interests, duration, and budgets Build trust and strong rapport with users - we follow up once, not forever Provide real-time post-sale support to travelers during their trip Cultivate long-term relationships, not just one-time transactions Source and coordinate with suppliers for transfers, attractions, and services Ensure healthy margins (P&L) for each conversion Who Were Looking For Excellent communication in both English (spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken) Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling real-time customer issues with calmness and care Proficient with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel Familiar with AI tools and eager to automate routine workflows Self-motivated and accountable No prior experience in the travel industry preferred - were building a new kind of travel culture What Youll Get Industry leading compensation + performance incentives Exposure to high-intent travelers from across the world A role that blends customer experience, business ownership, and creativity A collaborative, high-trust environment with zero pushy sales pressure A chance to redefine how modern travel is planned,
