Our comprehensive services ensure smooth and effective recovery operations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Lawyer, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Trial Lawyer will be responsible for handling all aspects of legal trials, including preparing and presenting cases in court. Daily tasks will include managing legal issues, providing legal advice, conducting depositions, and representing clients in trials. The Trial Lawyer will work closely with clients to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes. Qualifications Strong background in Law and Legal Issues, specifically pertaining to section 138 and recovery matters Proven experience in providing Legal Advice and managing Trials Skilled in conducting Depositions and preparing for Legal Proceedings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Law or similar field; legal certification is a plus Experience in asset recovery or related fields is beneficial,
