Treasury Transformation Sr. Specialist Grade - 9 Number of positions 1 Job Description 3- 5 years work experience (excluding internship) CA Position Summary 3M seeks a Transformation Sr. Specialist to support its growing global operations. The person will work both within the Treasury and with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders along with external banking partners and auditors. This position requires a self-starter who will handle Treasury Bank integration, SAP Deployment, Partner with regional Treasury teams to coordinate ERP governance activities and deliverables, helping treasury in understanding the SAP deployment and enhancement roadmap. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with large data sets and balancing multiple competing priorities. The role will require flexibility to work in various time zones. Treasury operations in 3M encompass, issue of shares, repurchases, issue of commercial papers, Fx transactions, Hedging, Derivatives, Swaps, In-house Bank, account opening/closing, bank portal management, Bank portal administration, Bank guarantees, Direct Debits, transactions using TMS (Treasury Management Solutions), and many more. Location: Bangalore Job Description & Responsibilities: Experience with the following SAP modules; Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management. Partner with regional Treasury process teams to coordinate ERP governance activities and deliverables Understand end-2-end business processes and their impact on the Treasury function and apply technology to improve the process. Continuously evaluate processes, implement learnings, and apply best practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 3 to 5 years of experience in Transformation and handling cross functional stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data. Primary Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills. Data analysis and interpretation Cross functional stakeholder management skill. Good oral/written communication skills.,
