Job Description
As a Liquidity Management and Cash Flow Analysis professional, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the organization's daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, including managing the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR). You will also be involved in investing idle funds to maximize interest income, identifying funding requirements by keeping track of loan maturities, roll-over, and fresh requirements, as well as maintaining the Borrowing Dashboard. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance and reporting by providing periodic reports to existing lenders/investors, submitting RBI reports (including Monthly ALM, quarterly, and annual reporting), and managing Asset Liability Management by preparing the ALCO deck and coordinating with the ALCO committee. Additionally, you will be responsible for month-end reporting, generating MIS reports, and providing investor management and data support to the funding team. You will play a key role in preparing information required by banks and rating agencies for prospective/existing lenders, handling queries from banks, rating agencies, statutory/internal auditors, and regulators. You will also be involved in calculating monthly Cost of Funds (COF) and deal Internal Rate of Return (IRR), preparing management presentations, investor presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Controllership and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams for month-end closing, audits, and budgeting/forecasting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.,
