Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Operations position located in Mumbai. The Travel Operations professional will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, communication with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, managing travel itineraries, facilitating travel packages and handling accounts Qualifications Experience in Leisure Travel Knowledge of travel industry software and tools Handle enquiries and manage client expectations before, during and after a trip Prepare costings and proposals for travel itineraries as per the clients" brief Communicate & coordinate start-to-end travel requests with the clients Handle all aspects of bookings including airline, hotel, and land arrangements Strong relationship-building skills with travel partners, vendors, and clients Assist clients in dealing/communicating with different consulates for obtaining visas Maintain regular communication with the customer prior to departure to provide updated travel information including but not limited to delayed departures and earlier flight availability In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, trends, and logistics Ability to handle stress and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction Prepare monthly performance and operational reports, tracking client satisfaction, bookings, and financial outcomes,
