One of our Gurugram based GCC client is looking for Manager Travel. Details are mentioned below Positions - Manager Travel Location - Gurugram Shift timings - Rotational 3pm till 3am Job role 10-12 Years of experience in Travel Industry Preferably for US clients Managed a team size of 8-10 People Working knowledge of various travel apps & International ticket booking platforms Experience in handling US customer queries over phone & e-mail Excellent communication skills Stake Holder Management & Project Management skills Flexible with US shifts & Hybrid work requirements Use the company provided online travel booking tool to arrange air travel for eligible Unifi employees who need to book business travel. Compose timely, accurate, and thorough emails to both internal and external recipients. Collect and appropriately protect employee information required for booking air accommodations. Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possess basic knowledge of airline travel and associated costs and fees Ability to follow standard procedures when reserving, ticketing, and making changes to travel arrangements. Effective use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel) Asks timely questions when uncertain as to how travel policies apply to specific situations and requests.
