Booking and Management: Manage end-to-end travel plans, including flights, trains, transportation, and hotels. Book tickets and make reservations for domestic and international travel. Handle visa applications and related formalities. Negotiate with vendors for the best rates. Communication and Coordination: Communicate with travelers to provide updates on travel arrangements. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel execution. Handle emergency changes and cancellations professionally. Administrative Tasks: Update HR on travel and leaves for proper record-keeping. Handle all incoming travel requests and follow-up processes. Create monthly travel MIS reports.
