Job Description
The Travel Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all travel arrangements for employees, executives, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and optimizing costs. This role involves booking trains, flights and transportation, providing travel support, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Book Indian Railway tickets, domestic/international flights, hotels, and transport; manage travel itineraries. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget. Expense Management: Process travel-related expenses and track costs. Vendor Management: Coordinate with travel vendors to secure competitive rates. Reporting: Maintain travel records and generate reports on travel expenses. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field. Experience: 2-3 years in travel booking, preferably in a corporate setting. Skills: Knowledge of Indian railway booking systems, and MS office specially MS Word and MS Excel.,
