Travel Customer Service Agents Immediate Joiners Location : Delhi, Mumbai Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Answering phone calls, emails, and chats regarding travel inquiries. Addressing customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. Providing travel information, recommendations, and itinerary planning assistance. Booking and Reservations: Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services. Managing and modifying bookings as needed. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of bookings. Travel Planning and Advice: Researching destinations, activities, and travel options. Creating personalized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets. Providing advice on travel preparations, including visa requirements, vaccinations, and packing lists. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Assisting with unexpected issues such as flight delays, lost luggage, or hotel problems. Working with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve problems. Sales and Upselling: Suggesting additional travel products and services to enhance customer experience. Promoting travel packages and deals. Experience: AMADEUS,GALILEO,SABRE,IATA anyone would be required Required Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve travel-related issues efficiently. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Travel Industry: Familiarity with travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel-related services. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and other relevant software. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in bookings and travel arrangements. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and create a positive experience. Language Skills: Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus. Travel Experience: Personal travel experience is a plus.
