Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tour packages.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel itineraries, and local attractions to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage and maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, and travel service providers to ensure the best deals for clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Promote and sell travel packages and services to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
• Utilize effective communication skills in Kannada and English to cater to a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Kannada and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of resort management, hotel sales, and tour management.
• Experience in travel agency operations and travel sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• A passion for travel and a strong desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong organizational skills.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the travel and tourism industry.
