You will be part of our Travel Sales department and play a crucial role in providing clients with top-notch travel deals and exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to convert inbound calls into confirmed sales, thereby contributing to the company's revenue generation. As a Travel Sales consultant, you will assist corporate and business clients in selecting the best travel routes and ensuring they have access to the most competitive fares available. Your expertise in travel planning will be essential as you help clients with business packages, vacation packages (including flights, hotels, cars, and activities), and other travel-related services. To excel in this role, you should have a background in the travel industry and be familiar with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan. Meeting set targets while upholding high standards of quality and accuracy will be key to your success in this position.
