You will be joining our team as a Travel and Tour Consultant in Trivandrum. Your role will involve planning and coordinating customized travel itineraries, providing expert advice on various travel destinations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry and possess excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include researching and planning travel itineraries, maintaining client relationships, offering travel advice, coordinating with travel suppliers, managing client itineraries, handling inquiries professionally, staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with team members, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts to meet revenue goals. To excel in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of world geography, good organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, adaptability to changing priorities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in travel industry software and systems. Candidates with language proficiency in multiple languages, experience with high-end clients or luxury travel brands, and familiarity with local market conditions and regulations will be preferred.
