Job Description The Transport Services Associate will assist in the smooth coordination and management of transport and logistics operations within the EV manufacturing unit. This includes vehicle movement coordination, driver management, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily vehicle movement for delivery and logistics operations. Maintain transport schedules and ensure timely dispatch and arrival of EVs. Liaise with drivers, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics flow. Assist in route planning and fuel usage monitoring to optimize efficiency. Maintain proper documentation including trip sheets, delivery notes, and vehicle maintenance records. Support the transport supervisor/manager with day-to-day operations and reporting. Ensure compliance with traffic, safety, and environmental regulations. Raise any operational issues or delays to management for resolution. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 02 years in transport/logistics (preferred). Basic knowledge of vehicle types and logistics operations. Familiarity with local routes and transport documentation (advantageous). Good communication and coordination skills. Working Conditions: Plant or warehouse-based role. May involve standing, walking, and occasional outdoor work.
