Job Description
Transition & Operations Manager
Urgently looking for Transition & Operations Manager for HCLTech Lucknow.
- Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience and will be responsible for:
- Managing onboarding of accounts, includes existing business, new business/deal.
- Liaising and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Delivery, IT, HR, Finance and Legal) for successful transition of accounts into the location
- Review / validate SoWs from compliance standpoint
- Manage customer visits, including presentation and walkthrough to the customer
Financials Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and manage monthly location-level P&L for across LoBs
- Work closely with finance to reconcile variances for accurate reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.
Efficiency improvement initiatives:
- Identify and run initiatives pertaining to resource utilization and margin improvements
