Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 1. The identified resource would be part of the Transition team, which is primarily responsible migration of business processes, for New and Existing Clients, to a Hexaware delivery location 2. Responsible for end to end management of transition projects from the inception phase till the project reaches stability post Go Live. He / She will also be responsible for identifying key risks in the project and collaboratively design mitigation plans for the same 3. Will be required to understand the current client business processes, create workflows and process maps for identifying the scope and designing to To-Be Solution. 4. Will be responsible in identifying process improvements and developing performance ramp up goals, thereby achieving customer delight and a seamless process migration as a whole. 5. Track delivery of Project Deliverables as per timelines agreed in the Transition Project plan 6. Manage day to day Transition project communication with all stake holders (internal and external) and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency 7. Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues 8. Communication of the project progress to all stakeholders has to be done at regular / pre defined intervals 9. Manage the transition of projects from the inception phase till the project reaches stability post Go Live. The manager is responsible for identifying key risks in the project and collaboratively design the mitigation plans for the same. 10. Deliver Transition Projects and Programme in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting 11. Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies 12. Review the outcomes of the Transition Projects to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve timely delivery Qualification: 1. Should have minimum 10 Years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience in BPO transitions preferably with customer service business vertical 2. Experience to include operations and transitions (multiple domains) 3. Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management 4. Experience in Contract Management 5. Project management skills 6. Worked on RFP/RFI and supported solutions 7.
