Job Description

Position Title: Director Transitions and Transformation Projects What we are looking for MANDATORY - Program management in Managed service support Transition - 80% Transformation - 20% Required Experience and Skills: Experience: 15+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on application and infrastructure and migration for managed service support in outsourcing business model Proven track record of successfully managing mid/large scale migration projects. Experience in both on-premises and cloud-based migration projects. Experience in driving process improvement and managing IT transformation projects. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of process transformation tools, design thinking etc. Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks. Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and align project roadmap. Cross functional alignment with internal stakeholders on deliverables and expectations. Transition Management: Build Transition plan, run Transition meetings, drive engagement governance and ensure proactive risk assessment and mitigation. Work closely with Delivery leaders to understand business requirements and ensure success of transition projects Transformation: Identify and drive opportunities to transform existing processes using best in class tools. Lead or participate in Due Diligence session with the client team members, develop RFP response related to Managed Services engagements, run and manage playback sessions to clients Define work-breakdown-structure for Pre-Transition and Transition Phase etc. Project Leadership: Own successful completion of end-to-end IT migration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect). Experience in managing projects in a global, multi-cultural environment. Lean / Six Sigma certification,
