As Transformation Consultant you will work strategic projects implementing change & transformation in the financial sector. You work with clients building and adopting new business models that have a positive and lasting impact. You help clients tackle project roadblocks and deliver quality work. Your works involves defining their transformation needs, assessing their current state, and creating a clear approach. You'll test this approach with pilots and scale successful solutions.

What will you do?

• Consulting and coaching your client’s teams in their new way of working, specifically in transforming into agile delivery organizations;

• Leading in transitioning and delivering a programme / project from traditional waterfall approaches e.g. PRINCE2 to agile methods;

• SME coaching to roles like Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Product Managers as well as the Leadership team;

• Performing maturity assessments and derive coaching plans from it;

• Developing an understanding of client’s strategic direction, issues and objectives to drive the appropriate roadmap for our clients;

• Driving consistency in operations, measuring progress against goals, preparing or facilitating client meetings and workshops, creating business updates/reviews, conducting quarterly and annual planning;

• Assisting in documenting, evaluating and translating business needs into technology options;

• Creating high quality presentations / reports to effectively communicate project findings;

• Supporting continuous improvement on processes, leadership and behaviour.
