Job Opening: Training Specialist
Location: Bangalore, Shivaji Nagar
Experience: 2 to 6 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired and existing Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Manage and monitor the performance of New Hire Training (NHT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and 030 day batches.
Drive sales productivity, revenue growth, and seller success through effective training strategies.
Analyze seller performance metrics to provide actionable insights and feedback to KAMs.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, seller support, and issue resolution.
Facilitate regular coaching, refresher sessions, and skill enhancement workshops.
Maintain high levels of team engagement, motivation, and discipline within training cohorts.
Manage training dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive better performance outcomes.
