Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager located in Mumbai at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals.
