Language Skills: Proficient in Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil Industry: NBFC Experience: 8 years in training and development roles Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct both behavioral and subject matter training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals. Performance Enhancement: Focus on making employees high performers through targeted training initiatives. Design and execute functional training modules to improve job-specific skills. Engagement and Recognition: Lead the development and implementation of the engagement and recognition framework across the organization. Foster a culture of appreciation and motivation among team members. Team Motivation and Leadership: Develop strategies to motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with organizational objectives. Onboarding and Team Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide constructive feedback. Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of three direct reports, providing leadership and guidance to ensure they meet their performance goals.
