Are you a dynamic training professional with a passion for sales excellence and developing high-performing teams We are looking for a Training Manager to lead training delivery for international sales campaigns in Mohali. As a Training Manager, your key responsibilities will include driving performance through focused sales attribute training, collaborating with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps, creating and delivering impactful content on product knowledge, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques, monitoring and enhancing new hire performance through TNI/TNA-based interventions, and developing and mentoring a team of trainers to achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales process training, an in-depth understanding of sales attributes and customer conversion techniques, excellent communication, facilitation & coaching skills, strong stakeholder management & analytical skills, and the ability to energize and engage diverse teams. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in the BPO/ITES industry is required.
