Job Description
You are a graduate with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in Training, preferably with NBFC/MFI experience. You have successfully managed the overall training and development function at a Pan India level. Your excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English are commendable. Your role will require extensive travel across various locations in India. You must be autonomous in your work approach and possess the ability to lead the entire training team effectively. Your exceptional leadership skills, proficiency in various Learning & Development tools & technologies, and your adeptness as a motivator and coach will be crucial for this role.
