Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for training sessions (online and in-person) Maintain training calendars, invites, and attendance records Assist in preparing training materials, PPTs, feedback forms, and reports Coordinate with trainers, participants, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs Maintain and update training trackers and dashboards Support the development and deployment of e-learning modules or microlearning content Help organize employee engagement activities or knowledge-sharing sessions as needed About Company: The Souled Store is a youth lifestyle brand that started in 2013.
