Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills, drive performance, and support organizational growth. You will play a key role in shaping Talrops learning culture and ensuring our employees are continuously upskilled to meet the evolving needs of our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals. Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs for employees across all levels. Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific learning paths. Implement digital learning solutions, including e-learning platforms and LMS tools. Organize leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within Talrop. Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend best practices for talent development. Manage budgets and resources for training initiatives. Lead a team of trainers and external facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management. Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to assess training needs and measure training ROI effectively. Experience in managing large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced organization.,
