Job Description
Trainer Duties: Develop and implement training for the staff Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training Promote team building by actively participating in staff development Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees Identify areas for improving individual and team performance Identify skills gaps and fill them Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials Provide training guidance and feedback to others Trainer Responsibilities: Perform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects Perform on-the-job training to ensure new staff is qualified for their jobs Mentor new staff in job-specific tasks and processes Train new staff in company policies and procedures Develop and implement training plans for new hires Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: TRAININGS: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required),
