Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training to our sales team, focusing on demat and trading accounts, wealth products, mutual funds, bonds, ULIPs, health insurance, and term insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales training and a thorough understanding of financial products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our sales team while ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and deliver training programs for sales team members on demat and trading accounts, insurance products, mutual funds, bonds, ULIPs, health insurance, and term insurance.

2. Design training modules, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate complex financial concepts and product information to sales team members.

3. Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

4. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, offering guidance on sales strategies, objection handling, and effective communication techniques.

5. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new product developments in the financial services industry, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

6. Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs, assess performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.

7. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

8. Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, and resources for reference and ongoing learning.

9. Act as a subject matter expert on financial products and services, providing support and guidance to sales team members as needed.

10. Foster a culture of learning and development within the sales team, encouraging continuous growth and improvement.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the financial services industry.

- In-depth knowledge of demat and trading accounts, wealth products, mutual funds, bonds, ULIPs, health insurance, and term insurance.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive results.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Professional certification in training or related field would be an advantage.
