Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our growing BPO team at Yeshwanthpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering impactful -training programs aimed at improving individual and team performance. You will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and HR teams to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business goals and client expectations. The - Trainer will focus on enhancing service skills, product knowledge, customer acquisition, cross-selling/upselling, product knowledge, target achievement, and soft skills. You will also be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to continuously uplift team capability. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging process training for new hires and existing staff. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) in collaboration with operations and quality teams. Provide performance coaching, one-on-one feedback sessions, and skill enhancement workshops. Ensure agents are well-versed in product knowledge, customer handling skills, and cross-selling/upselling techniques. Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback, making data-driven improvements. Support learning and development initiatives in line with business objectives. Prepare training content, manuals, and post-training reports. Manage floor support, refreshers, and ongoing - capability programs.
