Job Description
Job Summary The purpose of a Assembler is to assemble medical devices to specification, properly documenting all work completed for quality control purposes. The Assembler is responsible for ensuring the medical devices meet the quality standards . The Assembler also ensures that all components are installed correctly, in accordance with quality control standards, and that any defective parts are properly identified and handled in accordance with regulatory and safety requirements. The Assembler must maintain a clean and organized work area, Job Responsibilities Assemble Mechanical and PCB Components: Put together mechanical parts and systems according to blueprints and technical instructions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the assembly process. Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and work area. Documentation: Accurately complete job cards, material requisitions, and work orders. Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes. Packing: Carefully pack glucometers and accessories into designated packaging materials. Labelling: Accurately label packages with the correct information, including product details and shipping addresses Key skill and Qualification ITI/Diploma in electronics and mechanical Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal technical communications skills Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability Detail-orientated, highly motivated, patient and diligent Able to work well in teams and independently Knowledge of good manufacturing practices,
