As a Quality Assurance Trainee Technologist at West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our shrimp processing operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting real-time quality checks at different stages of processing, analyzing samples for microbiological, chemical, and antibiotic parameters, and maintaining accurate records of all quality analysis data. You will also assist in documentation for audits, certifications, and inspections, and support the implementation of standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Zoology, or other related Life Science disciplines. Prior knowledge of food safety standards, microbiological testing, and laboratory protocols would be advantageous. This full-time, permanent position is based in Orma, Olpad, Surat, Gujarat. The working hours are during the day shift and the role requires in-person presence at the facility.
